Baseline2Baseline started as an idea, as time went by, it became a vision. We believe in the value of physical fitness and its’ impact on an individual’s physical, mental and social well being.

Baseline2Baseline proposes to improve self image, physical fitness and provide mentorship to youth, young adults and the elderly in a comfortable environment to attract the most vulnerable population impacted by obesity.

According to a new report by Trust for America’s Health (TFAH) on www.healthyamericans.org  website, North Carolina has the 17th highest rate of adult obesity at 26.6 percent, an increase from 25.9 percent in 2005. We have the 5th highest rate of overweight youths (ages 10-17) at 19.3 percent in the nation.
