Policies and procedures regarding training

 Medical Clearance:
A medical clearance form is required of all participants who answer ‘yes’ to any of the seven PAR-Q questions. Note: Personal training staff reserve the right to require medical clearance from any client they feel may be at risk.

Session Duration:
All personal training sessions are one hour. Trainings may also be 30 minutes in length and will count for half of a session (not applicable on a Personal Training Introduction Purchase, Single Session purchase, or Partner package purchases).

Attire:
Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive sneakers). Participants arriving unprepared for their training session will lose the session.

Late Policy:
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions). After 15 minutes (10 minutes), the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.

Cancellation Policy:
Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer and call will result in a session loss.

Package Expiration/Refund Policy:
Individuals registering for personal training must complete all personal training sessions by the end of the client’s eligibility to participate in the program (current Baseline2baseline membership) or by the expiration date of the training package, whichever comes first. All personal training packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. All packages are non-refundable/non-transferable.

Following a fitness consultation, the trainer will design a challenging workout routine specifically designed for each individual's needs. Your personal trainer is there to instruct you on proper lifting techniques, introduce you to exercises that target your specific goals, and motivate you towards your full potential

Obesity levels in children have more than doubled in the last 10 years to over 15% and over 30% of America's youth are considered overweight.
Factors such as video games, fast food, computer games, TV, cuts in school physical education programs, etc. all contribute to this problem. More than 60% of today's kids do not participate in organized physical activity outside of school.

Lack of exercise is a likely contributor to the dramatic increase in type II diabetes among American children.

Kids and FITNESS offers a fun, non-intimidating, non-competitive fitness program combining strength and cardiovascular exercises in structured, supervised formats.

Our program is designed to allow each child to reach his/her optimum fitness level quickly and safely.

Kids and FITNESS Kid's program provides a high calorie burn for fast results.
